Flow, pressure and temperature are important measurement parameters when monitoring or controlling fluid in pipes. Measuring the flow allows us to understand what is happening inside the pipes. A reliable flow measurement allows operators to measure the system efficiency, control the process variable and to ensure overall system safety.

SenzeCal Calibration Laboratory uses a double pair ultrasonic sensors for pipe sizes ranging from 0.98″ ~ 5.9″, and a single pair ultrasonic sensor for pipe sizes ranging from 3.9″ ~ 39.4″ to complete the industry range requirement. Together with the use of an ultrasonic wall thickness sensor, with a sensing range of 0.04″ ~ 9.8″, we are able to achieve a high measurement accuracy of 0.5% or better.
