Torque Calibration

Torque wrench accuracy specifications can range from 6% to 1%. With many applications depending on proper and controlled tightening, in construction, in automotive servicing, in marine and in piping installation, using a certified torque wrench in these application ensures a safe installation. It is thus important and essential to calibrate them regularly to provide consistent torque values.

SenzeCal calibration laboratory uses high accuracy Norbar ProTest series, to provide lab based and on-site services from 1.2N-m to 1500N-m torque range with Classification to BS7882:2017, Class 1 or better, traceable to National Standards. Class 1 equates to ±0.5% of reading.
